Rules & Regulations

Poudre Valley REA is a member-owned, not-for-profit electric cooperative that is governed by an elected Board of Directors. The Rules and Regulations, which were first established by the Board of Directors in 1939 when the Cooperative was founded and is regularly reviewed, outlines the conditions in which we supply electricity to our service territory.


Poudre Valley REA members are of all different classes: residential, businesses, farms, irrigators, etc. To best serve our membership, there are different rates classified for what type of account you have at Poudre Valley REA.
